The fruit for this wine was selected from a small parcel. It was open vat fermented, hand plunged and basket pressed then aged in new and seasoned American oak hogsheads for 18 months. Hand made with respect for the fruit, crafted for your enjoyment. Generous dark fruit, vanilla, tannin’s and a great acid line.
Pairs well with red meat, game, hard cheeses.
