This blend highlights the best of both varieties and draws out the robust fruitiness of the Shiraz rounded off by the savoury elements of Tempranillo.
It is deep red in colour with chocolate, blackberries and savoury spice aromatics. The rich, full palate is plush with fruits and balanced nicely with fine tannin’s and good acid.
The Shiraz is sourced from our vineyard at Blewitt Springs and the Tempranillo is from a vineyard close by.
This savoury, easy drinking red is the perfect accompaniment for barbecued meats, pizza or a selection of tapas. It is an easy drinking wine and ideal for sharing with friends- whatever the occasion.
