This is a medium bodied wine layered with ripe black fruit and deep in colour. Soft tannins allow the flavours of red berries, plums and cherries to shine through.
The wine was seasoned in American oak for 18 months which has allowed for a soft and easy drinking wine. It’s a wine ready to drink now but can cellar well for another 5-10 years.
Giving a nod to its Spanish history, this wine is the ideal partner to tapas, roasted vegetables and both cured and barbecued meats.
